ROADS TO SUCCESS is a non-profit organization that provides after-school services to Ballet Tech on-site. The program operates from 2:35pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.

RTS provides the following services: homework help, literacy enrichment, STEM, drama, arts & crafts, games, and snacks.

Our mission is to deliver enriching academic and recreational programming to promote the academic, social, emotional and professional development of young people. We engage young minds to help them become more confident, more responsible and more interested in the world around them. There is nothing more potent in impacting the lives of young people than by nurturing and caring role models in their lives. Our students, families and staff experience the maximum impact of our services and the strength of our community.

Enrolling in RTS

Enrollment in Roads to Success requires a fee. The Ballet Tech Foundation subsidizes approximately 50% of the cost of the program to keep the tuition at a reasonable rate for families. This year, families will have two time slot enrollment options — 2:35pm – 5:30pm or 2:35pm-6:00pm.

Enrollment in the 3 hour program will cost families $1750 for the full school-year, or $175 per month. Enrollment in the 3.5 hour time slot will cost families $2000 for the full school-year, or $200 per month. If you pay for the whole year in advance, you will receive a 10% discount.
