Spacing Rehearsals at The Joyce Theater
Students will be escorted to The Joyce by school staff. 4th and 5th grade students will be escorted back to Ballet Tech and dismissed from Ballet Tech. - Tuesday, June 4
Regular Rehearsal at Ballet Tech
Students start and end their day at Ballet Tech. There are no academic classes on 6/4 (Eid al Fitr) – students must be at BT by 1:00pm. - Wednesday, June 5
Technical Rehearsal at The Joyce Theater
Students will be escorted to The Joyce by school staff. 4th and 5th grade students will be escorted back to Ballet Tech and dismissed from Ballet Tech. - Thursday, June 6
Dress Rehearsal and Opening Night at The Joyce Theater
Students start their day at Ballet Tech and end it at The Joyce. Students will be escorted to The Joyce by school staff. There are no academic classes on 6/6 (Chancellor’s Conference Day) – students must be at BT by 1:00pm. - Friday, June 7
Performance # 2
Students start their day at Ballet Tech and end it at The Joyce. Students will be escorted to The Joyce by school staff. - Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June
Performances #3 – 6
Students start and end their days at The Joyce. - Understudies
Understudies are called to technical rehearsals. They are not called to all performances — it will be indicated below which understudies are called to which performances. - Meals
School staff will provide meals for those students before the performing on Thursday and Friday and for students who are in both performances on Saturday and both performances on Sunday. In addition, you may send your child to the theater with a snack. Please make sure that your child has breakfast before he or she arrives on Saturday and Sunday. - Metrocards
Students will be provided with a Metrocard that has 10 rides on it – 2 for each day we are at the theater, Thursday – Sunday, plus for the Tuesday when there is no school. - Call-Times
Pay attention to call-times and locations as they vary from day to day.

Dinner: students stay at BT will staff and have dinner

- KYDZNY is the final ballet of the evening; all students will be dismissed from The Joyce at approximately 8:15pm.

Families who are attending the 2pm performance who would like to bring their child out of the theater in between performances will have the option – students must be back at The Joyce by 6PM.
